The Amped Obstacle Games are coming to Grand Prairie, TX! Step onto the course and put your strength, speed, grip, agility, balance, coordination and endurance to the test in a unique obstacle competition in Dallas-Fort Worth.
This is open to the public to participate. You do not have to be an experienced Ninja Warrior athlete to compete. Whether you train Ninja Warrior, HYROX, CrossFit, OCR, Spartan Race, calisthenics, functional fitness, strength training or simply love a good physical challenge, this event gives you a chance to see what your training can do.

General Course Rules:
The course will consist of 10-15 obstacles
You must be 6 or older to compete.
For all age groups, age is determined by how old the athlete is on the day of the competition - September 27, 2026.
For example, if an athlete is 15 years old on September 27, but turns 16 years old on November 18, 2026, the athlete will compete in the 15U.
Obstacles:
Obstacles in the competition will be a combination of upper body, lower body, balance/ agility/ power, full body movements.
Performance Enhancement:
Standard climbing chalk and athletic tape are permitted. Gloves and sticky or grip-enhancing finger products are NOT allowed. Competitors may wear a chalk bag while on the course; however, the chalk bag will be considered part of the competitor and must remain securely attached throughout their run.
Competition Format:
Each obstacle will be worth 1 or 2 points.
A maximum of 3 obstacle fails is allowed. Once an athlete reaches their third fail, their scored run officially ends. The athlete may continue through the remainder of the course, but no additional obstacles will count toward their score. Their official time will be recorded at the last successfully completed obstacle before the third fail.
What Counts as a Fail?
1-Point Obstacles:
A 1-point obstacle must be fully completed to earn the point. If the athlete does not successfully complete the obstacle, it counts as 1 FAIL.
2-Point Obstacles:
A 2-point obstacle includes a designated halfway mark.
If the athlete does not reach the halfway mark, the obstacle counts as 1 FAIL and no points are awarded.
If the athlete reaches or passes the halfway mark but does not complete the entire obstacle, it does NOT count as a fail. The athlete receives 1 point.
If the athlete successfully completes the entire obstacle, they receive the full 2 points.
How Scoring Works
Athletes are ranked first by total points earned and then by time. The athlete with the highest point total and fastest time will place higher.
If an athlete times out before completing the final obstacle, their official time will revert to the time recorded at their last successfully completed obstacle.

Is this a professional league competition?
No, this is an in-house competition, but open to the public to participate.
Are there different age group divisions?
Yes, division age groups begin at 6 years old to 30+
Why do spectators have to pay?
We a small, family owned and operated facility. This helps support our small business, and also helps with planning due to facility size restrictions/ max capacity.
Are there prizes for winners?
Yes, winners will receive medals - and some giveaways as well!
