The best way to book a party is to go online and request a date and time – the event coordinator will contact you within 24 hours.

Note: if don’t receive a response within 24 hours, check your SPAM folder and if still no response, submit another request or call the facility and they will contact the event coordinator for you. The Facility will not be able to take a booking for you but they will ensure that your information gets to the event coordinator promptly.

A private ninja coach programs the first hour for your party, including games, obstacle challenges, races, and more. This will differ based on group age and size.

You may schedule a party on weekend only.

Parties are booked in 2-hour slots.

• Parties are all 2 hours. The format of the party is to check-in at the start time of the party and head straight to the gym floor for open play. Then, kids go into the party zone for approximately 30 minutes. This will vary on the excitement of the kids wanting to go back out to play, but we do guarantee you at least 30 minutes.

  Once the kids have gone back out to the floor the host will clean up the room, boxing up any of your remaining items and storing them for you, if needed. Admissions and parties are based on wristband colors, so at the end of the 2 hours the front desk will announce that certain wristband color has expired.

  You may also add additional post party play time for $10/hour/guest.

The party is not private. However, arrangements can be made to customize your party, we can offer private parties upon request but times are limited. Please ask your event coordinator about a private facility takeover.

We recommend no earlier than 10-15 minutes prior to start time. The party host will set up your party area, and if the tables are not available to you when you arrive the host will store your items until the area is ready and available.

We can accommodate up to 30 kids per party in the party area

Any child participating in the party age 2 and over are counted as guests. If you have children under 2 we do not charge for them but they are not included in the table set up.

Yes, you may invite siblings. Any child participating in the party will be counted and the table set up accordingly. If you do not wish to pay for siblings, the parents may purchase a general admission for them. They are welcome to play on the floor but will not be included in the party table set up. They may come into the party area, they may even enjoy a slice of cake along with the parents, but they will not have a place setting, etc.

You will have a party host that will set up the zone, serve food and drinks, and clean up. The party host does not assist on the floor. If you would like your own personal Ninja Coach one may be added to your party. The cost for a Personal Ninja Coach is $100/hour.

If you would like to bring outside food, there is a $150 fee.

• No foods that require heating or excessive set up and serving.

• No foods with a strong or lingering odor.

• No glass containers.

• If having food delivered please arrange delivery for 45 minutes after the start time of your party, as the kids will head to the party zone to eat 60 minutes after the party has bgun.

The party includes admission for 2 hours. If you would like to add on additional play time, a fee of $10/hour/guest will be added to your package.

Yes, we will provide the tablecloths, plates, napkins, and utensils. We provide balloons for the table (balloons are for decoration only and may not leave the party area for environmental reasons).

We do not have themed tableware. However, you are welcome to add our personal party planner to your event (additional fee will apply), who can coordinate event setup and ensure your themed party is to your satisfaction.

The number of guests included will depend on the party package selected. Extra guests will incur additional fees.

Yes, you are welcome to open presents during your allotted 30 minutes in the party zone but this will take away play time so we recommend that you take presents home and continue the celebration. The party host will bag up all of the gifts so you may easily get them to your car.

Gratuity is not included. This can be provided directly to your host or at checkout.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date and time.

Party date and times can be adjusted if made outside of 14 days of the scheduled party time.

We encourage you to offer your guests a link to the online waiver so they may complete the is ahead of time. It would be very helpful to advise them to wear clean, closed-toed athletic shoes. Crocs, slip-ons, boots, sandals, or cleats are NOT permitted.

The NERF War Experience (30-minutes) is led by one of our coaches. They’ll set up games, challenges, and races for the party to ensure the ultimate experience. Adding this experience will extend your event by 30-minutes (must be made at the time of booking).

The candy filled ninja piñata will be set up by one of our coaches. This segment will engage your guests through excitement as they cheer on the birthday child hitting the piñata.

A party favor box filled with ninja themed nick nacks (approx. 5-6 items, as well as some candy).

A ninja straw bottle (more suitable for younger kids), filled with candy.

An inflatable ninja sword for the kids to battle it out.
