Mental Health Matters. In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to open our doors and create a space where adults can move, laugh, challenge themselves, connect with others, and take a break from the stress of everyday life.
This Saturday from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, Amped Obstacles is hosting a FREE Adult Ninja Warrior Class followed by 1 FREE hour of Open Gym time for everyone who attends class.
No experience needed. No pressure. Just movement, community, encouragement, and fun.
Sometimes the best thing for your mental health is simply showing up, getting active, and surrounding yourself with positive people. Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, stressed, anxious, or just need a healthy outlet, we’d love to have you with us.
Come swing, climb, laugh, move your body, and try something new in a welcoming environment built for ALL fitness levels.

HOW LARGE IS THE SPACE?
Amped Obstacles is a 3500 sq ft ninja warrior training academy, featuring obstacle course challenges seen on American Ninja Warrior. The facility also modifies obstacle challenges weekly to maintain athletic progression.
