Amped Obstacles is bringing together DFW families, local businesses, fitness and wellness professionals, food and beverage brands, service providers and community organizations for our Open House Extravaganza, and we're looking for businesses that want to be part of it!
This is more than an opportunity to set up a table. We want to create a morning where families can discover great local businesses while enjoying obstacle course activities, Ninja Warrior challenges, fitness, giveaways and community fun.
There is NO vendor fee to participate.

We are currently accepting applications from businesses throughout Grand Prairie and the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
We're especially interested in connecting with:

$0 VENDOR FEE
Yes, participating vendors can join us for FREE.
As a small, family-run local business ourselves, we understand how valuable community exposure and face-to-face connections can be.
Instead of charging businesses a vendor fee, we're asking each participating vendor to contribute at least one product, gift card, service, voucher or experience that Amped Obstacles can use as an attendee giveaway or prize.
Examples could include a free service, restaurant gift card, complimentary class, massage, recovery session, product bundle, free dessert, family experience, fitness assessment or another prize representative of your business.
The goal is simple: businesses support the event, the event supports local businesses, and DFW families get introduced to something new.
Vendor Benefits
Participating businesses can receive:
FREE Vendor Space
No standard vendor fee to participate.
Sell On-Site
Approved vendors may sell their products or services directly to attendees.
Connect With DFW Families
Introduce your business to families from Grand Prairie and surrounding DFW communities.
Social Media Promotion
Participating businesses may be featured in Amped Obstacles' Open House promotional content leading up to the event.
Website Recognition
Confirmed participating businesses can be featured on the Open House webpage.
Giveaway Recognition
Businesses contributing prizes may be recognized when their giveaway is promoted or awarded.
Event Shoutouts
We'll highlight participating businesses throughout our event promotion when appropriate.
Content Opportunities
The event creates opportunities for photos, short-form video and social media content featuring participating businesses.
Community Networking
Meet other local business owners, fitness professionals, organizations and service providers participating in the event.
Want to Sponsor the Open House?
Looking for more visibility than a standard vendor setup?
We're also looking for businesses interested in becoming Open House sponsors.
Sponsors can support the event through products, services, experiences, food, beverages, prizes or other in-kind contributions.
Depending on the contribution, sponsorship opportunities could include additional recognition through:

We don't want this to feel like a room filled with flyers.

All activities and products are subject to Amped Obstacles approval.
Giveaway Contribution
Every participating vendor is asked to provide at least one giveaway item, service or experience.
Your contribution doesn't have to be expensive. We would rather have something that gives the winner a reason to discover and experience your business.

The Open House is a FREE community event featuring obstacle course fun, Ninja Warrior activities and games, local vendors, giveaways, fitness and wellness, and opportunities for families to experience Amped Obstacles.
Kids, teens, adults and families are welcome.

Interested in joining us?
Complete the vendor/sponsor application below. Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee a vendor space. Amped Obstacles will review submissions to help create a diverse mix of businesses and avoid excessive duplication.
After You Apply
Submitting the application is the first step. Amped Obstacles will review vendor requests and contact selected businesses with confirmation and additional event information.
Please do not consider your vendor space confirmed until you receive confirmation directly from Amped Obstacles.
Once confirmed, we'll also request any additional information needed for event promotion.
