This indoor Ninja Warrior-style obstacle course competition gives kids, teens and adults an opportunity to put their strength, grip, speed, agility, balance, coordination and endurance to the test.
And you don't have to be an experienced Ninja athlete.
The event is also aimed at people coming from HYROX, CrossFit, OCR, Spartan, calisthenics, functional fitness and other athletic backgrounds, as well as first-time competitors looking for a new challenge. Amped currently lists youth divisions of 7U, 9U, 11U, 13U and 15U, plus adult 29U and 30+ divisions.
